6-Pack-Abs


6-Pack-Abs is what we'll be talking about in this chapter..

We have talked long enough about the Flat Abs .

Now, we are going to discover how to get those packs.

Note: you can have a flat stomach without having the 6

packs,so don't be confuse here, those are two separate things.

How to get the 6-Pack-Abs


Developing the 6 Packs requires a lot more work

than you can imagine , but you can have them .

It requires some work, willingness, endurance and patience

because the muscles on your belly take time to strengthen.

To get those packs, you should:

* lose the body fat

* build some muscles

* then strengthen the abdominal muscles

And to achieve all this, there are some directives to

follow:

- doing your abs

- training your obliques muscles

- lift weight

- eat healthily and in small portion

- eat a lot of fiber

- drink a lot of water during the day

NB: you can also drink tea, especially the green tea

which is good for fat burning. This is what i personally take

whenever i need to let some fat go, try it on and please let me

know how it works for you.

As I said before, developing the 6 packs

is definitely not the easiest thing to do,

but it is doable. It requires work and
