Best-Workout-Routines to meet your needs is what

we are going to talk about on this chapter, and depending on

what you want to achieve,there are also many other routines

available nowadays to keep you fit.

There are various ways and many locations for exercising. some

people do it at home, others at the gym, in the park and at work

for many others.

You must not apply all of them, but only those you feel

comfortable with and which are fun to you, those you enjoy the

There are tons of exercise routines available but the

Best-Workout-Routines in my opinion are the following:

The Treadmill Workout

which is very popular among gym goers and is similar to the normal

way of walking and running with the only difference being that you

have to use a machine.

The Elliptical or Cross-Trainer workout

is a very powerful routine that works your body muscle groups all

at once.


The Exercise Bike Workout

is great for toning your legs + bottom and is a good cardio

exercise.

The Rowing Machine Workout

is a great cardio-exercise that keeps you in shape and if use

properly is very effective.

The Exercise Ball Workout

particularly useful if you have back problems or if you want to

tone your belly muscles.
