Body-Facts

The Body is like a temple that need to be taken

care of, therefore there are some Basic Body-Facts that

need to be addressed!

There are various ways of exercising and this can be done at

different locations of your choice. You can either use the

comfort of your own home, go to the gym, to the park or even at

work...it's all up to you, whatever location is more convenient

for you.

On this website, you will find all the best BODY-Facts

you need to know, and if followed carefully, those will

help you achieve your fitness goals.

Note: Before starting any form of exercise, if you

haven't yet, it is always recommended to seek advice from a

physician who will tell you what kind of exercise

to do, and what to avoid.

This is really important regardless of whether you have health

issues or not...

As we all know , to be fit means, to be in good

shape, to be comfortable with ourselves and also to feel

good in our skin . Fitness is a very broad subject which goes

from being in good health, to physical condition and emotions.

But the concept of this site is based purely on the physical

condition, which is what Fitness really is about, hence the

theme Body-Facts

As I mentioned previously, most information on this site are

based mostly on personal experiences and others on those of my

friends, family members and also people I've been seeing at the

gym all those years.

We all have something to complain about, but the reality is that

we women are worst than men. We complain for each

and everything;this is quite funny but sometimes it's really

annoying.

I, personally, have always been quite slim but there are still

times when i must complain about a part or two of my body and

everytime this happens, people around me will just roll their

eyes.

On the other hand, i understand their reactions; because just in

front of me i have someone else who is double my seize and is

desperate for a solution. we usually do this unconsciously, but

it does affect the other person; so we need to be careful about

this fact.

What we Humans have to understand is that, none of us

is completely perfect and we each have a small burden to carry.

There are two major Body-Facts in my opinions that should be taken into

consideration before comparing ourselves with someone else's:

* our genes can be the cause of some issues

* our eating habit: I'm not personally a diet fan but if

you want to have certain shape then you have to watch what goes

in your mouth and what quantity

We always wish we could be or have someone Else's body, but what

we ignore is that, even the person we admire isn't happy the way

he/she looks.

is the celebrity look the best?

The situation is even getting worse nowadays, because many

people want to look or be like celebrities; do what they do and

be able to wear the clothes they wear.

This is a very BIG mistake and is of course pathetic. I

say this because those celebrities have people working for them

on the clock.

Notice that, for them as well, it does go wrong sometimes but

the difference is that, when it happens they can afford all

sorts of treatment without any cash worries.

My conclusion to this is very simple: we are all humans

and should be proud of what The Almighty God has given

us.

There are things on our Body that can't be changed, but there

are others that can be improved and for those improvements to

happen, certain attitudes have to take place.

For every success and every achievement in life, there is

always a rule and a little sacrifice to do...
