Drink

It is recommended to Drink at

least 2litres of water a day, and although

it might sound too much and difficult

to follow sometimes, it is vital for the body.

Every-time you exercise, you lose fluid. The harder

and the longer you go , the more fluid you'll lose.

You can choose between pure water or sport

refreshers ( these are available in supermarkets and in most

fitness centers) while exercising.

The 3 most healthiest fluids in my opinion are:

1)- Water

For centuries, water has been and remains the

healthiest fluid in the world.

The reason being that, it is natural, pure and

contains no added ingredients.

However, if you get you water direct from the tab, you

might consider filtering it first.

2)- Tea

Some people like myself, prefer tea instead of water.

Depending on which tea you decide to buy, the

taste isn't very different from water except the

fact that tea has a little flavor.

Tea contains anti-oxidants, it fights diseases,

help lose weight, is great for digestion and most

importantly is calorie free.

3)- Juice

They are very natural, pure and can be obtained by

simply squeezing fresh fruits or vegetables.

Self-made juice are in my opinion the best

ones, they are 100% pure and you are the one

who decides which ingredient goes in and

which one don't.

What you Drink can have a positive or negative aspect on your body,

so be careful with your choices and make sure you choose

what is best for you.
