Fitness-4-Brides
I just felt like adding this small chapter called Fitness-4-Brides
because a dear friend of mine got married a little while ago and she seriously did stressed about her appearance. Although she ain't chubby, she felt like things needed to be done for her to feel and look good on her big day. It's a dream for every woman to get married, and when this happened "She" wants to look her very best that day. Most women want to slim down and look glam, at least for that wonderful moment.
My Advice to Brides
I personally think that, apart from planning the wedding day which is already a very big pressure, losing weight too fast as most women do is quite dangerous and unhealthy. Fitness-4-Brides comes into action here to help you avoid that silly mistake of losing weight too fast in the future.
If you sincerely think you have to slim down and shape up for your big day, here are my two advices for you: Start exercising earlier rather than later. Depending on how much weight you want to lose, set realistic and achievable goals, also seek advice from a trainer if necessary. Also check your diet , make sure you avoid junk foods as much as possible and consult your family doctor if you need to. Following these 2 tips will help you escape the stress that comes with planning a party, you will look fit and healthy on your big day rather than tin and pale.>
