I've been going to the gym for so many years now and i can tell you, I'm always amazed by what i see all the time. I see people all the time who workout for 10mins and speak with their friends for the next 30mins. The one thing that really irritate me is that at the end of the day, they wonder that there is no results, they complain more than anyone else. Sometimes i just wonder why they even bother at all, they might be better staying at home and doing something else. These type of people are called time wasters .

To exercise effectively and achieve the best results possible, here is what you have to do: 1)- Be serious 2)- Set achievable goals and stick to them 3)- Do not play or talk around when it's time to workout. No mobile phones ( voice-mails were created so that people could leave you a message when you are busy), no reading while on the bike and no talking with friends while exercising. If you fall into any of these categories, then it's time for a reality check. No focus, equals no results 4)- Be realistic and do not push yourself too hard 5)- Visualize your success ( visualize your body as you will like it to be, this method is very powerful) 6)- Keep a report of your progress 7)- Exercise with a partner if you have the opportunity, this will keep you going. Note: Find somebody who is as motivated as you are and who is also looking towards to better results.
