Nutrition


Nutrition is a very important factor for our

well-being and we therefor, must be aware of that.

Our body needs a certain amount of calories in order to

stay healthy and good looking: this is called Energy .

Fitness and nutrition combined together, can only have

a very positive impact on your body. There are different

groups of Important Nutriments we must definitely consider on a daily

basis, regardless of our shape, background or age. These are:

Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Fiber.

Note: Do keep in mind that all these nutriments should be

consumed with moderation. Like any other thing in life,

an excess will only hurt the body and instead of working for us,

they will be working against us.

Example: an excess of fiber can cause diarrhea...

Eating Habits




As much as your Nutrition is important, your Eating Habits

is the key to success.

It simply means that you must control what you eat, which

quantity you eat and also when you eat.

Did i said when?

Sure i did and this for one reason. If you intend to lose weight

or keep fit, it doesn't matter if you are a fitness

fanatic, it doesn't matter how often you go to the gym, you

should not eat very late. Try to stop eating at least

3-4 hours before bed-time because late night food does not

digest easily.

Instead of having 3 or 4 king-seize meals a day, it's better to

have like 6 small meals. Kick-start your day with

a reasonable breakfast ( many people skip this, but please try

not, it is very important and plays a major role for

the rest of your day), have lunch when it's lunch time and later

treat yourself with a light diner.

In-between breakfast and lunch and lunch and diner, you can

allow yourself some Healthy Snacks and remember to Drink a

lot of fluids during the day...
