Sure i did and this for one reason. If you intend to lose weight or keep fit, it doesn't matter if you are a fitness fanatic, it doesn't matter how often you go to the gym, you should not eat very late. Try to stop eating at least 3-4 hours before bed-time because late night food does not digest easily.
