Strength Training

Strength Training is one of the oldest

disciplines in fitness and is all about burning fat and building

muscles . This can only be accomplish by doing specific and

targeted exercises, by focusing on individual part of the body.

As with anything else in life, muscles take time and patience

to build.

There are two major types of training:

* The Relative Strength which tend to build

muscles without increasing the body-weight

* The Absolute Strength which tend to strengthen

the body regardless of the weight.

In this case, more body-weight= bigger muscles= more power

Other types of exercises in this category include sit-ups,

push-ups and pull-ups...

Benefits Of Strength Training

- Builds muscles ( the

stronger you become,
