is one of the best cardio-exercise out there, if use properly, but unfortunately many don't use it as they should and other people i see at the gym simply choose to ignore it. It works most parts of the body,if not all, helps you burn some calories and this is a complete exercise. i still wonder why some people just don't get it yet...

Precaution
During the exercise , it is recommended to adopt the right position and try not to bend your back, try to keep it as straight as you can. Also remember to make sure that the foots straps are adjusted correctly and that your heels are resting properly against the base of the foot. Note: The best Rowing machine out there in my opinion has to be the Concept2. I've been using it for years now and am still very happy with it.
