3)- Exercise regularly, at least 3 days a week4)- Take your meal to work instead of buying ready to eat meals 5)- Learn to eat slowly and make sure you chew each bite completely 6)- Avoid late night food, eat at least 3hours or more before bed time 7)- Limit salt in cooking 8)- Drink a lot water or fluids, hot tea is very good as well 9)- Write down your shopping list, to avoid temptation once in the supermarket 10)- Most importantly, Never Give Up....
